Users wanted a mobile app for Ureeka, so we started with a mobile web-app MVP to test the demand. When users loved it, we went all in and built a full mobile app, ensuring we met their evolving preferences and boosted engagement.

Entrepreneurs don’t have time for steep learning curves. They need to see value instantly. Many struggle to trust external advice, while coaches worry about working with inexperienced founders. Engagement was another challenge, entrepreneurs are busy, and interactions had to feel effortless rather than like another task on their plate.

Although most users accessed Ureeka on desktop, we noticed a growing demand for a mobile solution. To address this, we set out to build an MVP as a mobile web app. If the demand for a mobile experience was validated, we would then move forward with developing a full mobile app.

Many entrepreneurs, especially those from underrepresented backgrounds, face significant challenges when starting a company. Ureeka addresses this issue by providing a platform with more than 200 mentors, including professionals from renowned companies like Facebook, Snap, Salesforce, Google, and Adobe.
